Gynaelogical policies and hip arthroscopy
As part of the ongoing review of clinical policies for all the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) in Lancashire and South Cumbria, we are now seeking views and comments on the four latest policies to be reviewed.
The latest draft clinical policies open for patient and public feedback are as follows:
- policy for dilatation and curettage (of the uterus)
- policy for hysteroscopy (of the uterus)
- policy for the commissioning of excision of the uterus (hysterectomy) for the treatment of menorrhagia (heavy menstrual bleeding)
- policy for hip arthroscopy
The draft policies can be found below. You are invited to read the revised clinical policies before giving your feedback. You can click on the link next to each policy in order to complete a short survey and give your views.
To help you we have also included a Level of Change document that identifies what has been changed in the updated policies compared to the previous policies. There is also a Frequently Asked Questions document that may answer any queries you have about the process or about these policies.
Your comments will be fed back to the CCG as part of the development process.
Comments on these policies should be submitted by Wednesday 6 December.
