Kirsty Hollis - Deputy Chief Officer / Chief Financial Officer
Kirsty has worked in the NHS for 25 years. She joined as a trainee accountant and completed her training in 1996 when she became an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
At that point, Kirsty took a two year secondment out of finance and worked as a project manager within the Surgical Directorate. This front line experience gave Kirsty the opportunity to fully appreciate the impact that financial matters have on the delivery of services and quality care to patients.
Returning to finance in 2001, Kirsty came to East Lancashire to help with the establishment of Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale PCT. She has remained in commissioning ever since taking up the role of Deputy Director of Finance in 2004.
In July 2016 Kirsty graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Masters degree in Healthcare Leadership having completed the NHS Leadership Academy's Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Programme.
In June 2019, Kirsty was appointed as Deputy Chief Officer.
