Great news for Daneshouse residents and Daneshouse Medical Centre

If you need help and support with employment, letters for your employer, letters for immigration purposes, passport and visa applications, personal independent payments (PIPS) or rebate, we have some great news. There is now a weekly drop in session being held at Daneshouse Medical Centre in Burnley.

Daneshouse Medical Centre is a single GP practice that understands how some of their patients may need help with non-medical tasks. However, these tasks can be very time consuming and time spent on filling applications and preparing reports takes your GP away from the medical care of patients. To support both the residents of Daneshouse and patients at Daneshouse Medical Centre, a bid has been approved to provide help and support.

There’s no need to book an appointment either. If you live in the Daneshouse area, simply go along any Tuesday morning to the drop in sessions which are open from 9.15am until 11.00am. Advice and support is given by various healthcare professionals and other community service volunteers.
